Orange you glad I didn't say banana?
This is a lovely dinner I made recently featuring oranges, among other things. The portions are based off my large appetite. Adjust as needed. At just five ingredients for the entire meal, this meal is satiating and delicious! Enjoy :)
Smoothie: 3 oranges, blended well.
Soup: 7 oranges, 1 cucumber, and 3 sprigs of basil. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve with cucumber circles or celery.
Salad: A big bed of lettuce, arugula, or spinach. I used spinach.
Dressing: 2 oranges and a small handful of raw walnuts. Blend walnuts and oranges and simply pour over the salad.
Good food is good mood :)
PS...Didn't mention it above, but peel the oranges. I can't imagine what that many orange peels would taste like!
