Soup: To a blender add equal amounts of cherry tomatoes and strawberries. Remove the seeds from one red pepper and add to the blender. Blend well. Garnish with a few sliced strawberries.
Salad: A big bed of lettuce, kale, spinach, or arugula. I used arugula.
Dressing: 2 cups of strawberries and a small handful of raw walnuts. Place strawberries and walnuts in a blender and blend. Pour over salad.
I can be lazy, so I do not remove the little green part from the top of the strawberries. The green part is totally edible and a great way to get some extra greens into ones diet. Serve with celery sticks.
